No Fault Items:
We regret that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been sold and received in good condition.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a product that is ‘faulty’ or ‘dead on arrival’, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date. We will arrange for the pickup of the goods. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault, you will be offered a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, provided that:
- The item is complete with all accessories and instruction manual.
- The item is in its original box and packaging.
If the product is not deemed faulty, the goods will be returned to you, and you will be liable for pickup and return delivery charges.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty covers the original purchaser of the appliance/product and is not transferable.
The warranty conditions are valid for all sets purchased only in one of our COSMOS & MAURITIUS stores in Mauritius or via https://cosmos-market.com/
This warranty is void if the product/device is used for commercial purposes.
Under the warranty, COSMOS & MAURITIUS, guarantees the appliance/product purchased against faulty workmanship or material only for the period specified on the invoice from the date of purchase.
Warranty periods:
- Office automation products: Refer to the specific exclusions mentioned in the policy.
- Refrigerators/Freezers/Wine Cellars
- Freezers and wine cellars – 5 years; Refrigerators – 10 years
- No guarantee for the contents of these devices such as food, drinks, wine
- Servicing fees are chargeable during the guarantee period.
- H) Fitness Equipment:
- Mechanical parts – six months
- Electronics – one year

- I) Furniture:
- Warranty on structure only.
- J) Watches:
- Warranty on movement parts only; 6 months on batteries.
- K) Electrical/Electronic Products:
- Specific exclusions apply, please refer to the policy.
